What you need to bring
This isn't a cold-start opportunity. We're looking for people who already have a foot in the door.

Active relationships with buyers in construction, industrial, energy, prefab, or government/municipal markets — existing accounts or a warm pipeline, not a cold list.

Comfort relaying technical specs. You don't need an engineering background — we provide the spec sheets and pricing — but you should be comfortable walking a buyer through wattage, voltage configuration, and system fit.

Follow-through on your own leads. We'll support quoting and fulfillment, but you're expected to drive the conversation with your contacts through to a signed order without heavy hand-holding.

Realistic expectations. This is commission-only with no guaranteed income, no salary, and no retainer. It rewards reps who already have buyers to talk to.
How payout works
The same referral terms we use on live customer quotes — no surprises after you sign.
10% of gross hardware value on eligible turbine, solar, BESS, hydrogen, and inverter orders, tracked to your unique referral code.
Bundled orders count as one sale. If a customer order includes multiple line items — turbine, battery bank, inverter, solar add-on — your 10% applies to the full bundle.
Paid after delivery and the return window closes. This protects both sides — you're paid once the sale is confirmed final, not before.
Returns or cancelled orders pay $0. Commission only applies to orders that ship and are kept.
A short referral agreement is required before your code is activated — we'll send this once your application is approved.
