Overview
Ecovoltra is committed to transparency in shipping, return, and refund policies. Many of our products are custom-quoted, which means terms vary by order.
Shipping Policy
– Orders processed in 1–3 business days.
– Tracking and confirmation sent via email.
– Customers are responsible for correct addresses.
– Shipping via trusted carriers; rates calculated at checkout.
– Customs duties for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
– Domestic delivery: 3–7 days. International: 7–21 days (customs-dependent).
– Delays from force majeure are not covered. Contact us within 14 days if undelivered.
– Compensation for late delivery (e.g., store credit) is evaluated case-by-case.
Refund & Return Policy
– Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all materials.
– Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
– Return requests must be made within 30 days.
– RMA number and tracking required for returns.
– Refunds issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Exceptions
– Restocking fee (5%) may apply.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
– Lost return packages not covered—use trackable shipping.
Non-Delivery
– If tracking shows no updates for 15 days (US) or 30 days (Intl), you may request a refund or reshipment.
– Replacements may be kept even if original shows up later.
